About the event
I’m bringing Body Language to FTG5 🤍
We’re going to take our time with some low flow and floorwork. I’ll teach a sequence, and then we’ll play with the timing, the transitions, and the little details that make it feel different on each of us.
I want there to be room for you in the movement. We’ll repeat things, ask questions, try different ways of moving through the music, and freestyle a little. I’ll give feedback as we go so we can actually spend some time working through things together.
This is a stripper-rooted workshop for advanced beginners and up. You should be comfortable with basic pole walks, pivots, and moving between standing and the floor. No climbs, inversions, or splits required.
