Most people think they’re being overlooked.

Most of the time, they’re just not being read clearly.

If someone can’t describe you in one sentence, they won’t know why to choose you and you end up competing on effort instead of clarity.

This series is about changing that.

Through lived, real-world experience, this work breaks down how perception, presence, and positioning shape the way you’re seen in real time, not just in theory, but in environments where attention has value.

You’ll move through:

• understanding how you’re currently being read
• identifying what people already recognize in you
• learning how attention actually moves in a room
• shifting from “trying harder” to being clear and intentional

This isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about becoming clear.

Because when you’re seen clearly, you don’t have to chase attention

it starts to organize around you. It starts to come towards you.

What You’ll Walk Away With

• A clearer understanding of how you’re being seen and why
• Language to describe yourself in a way people can actually recognize and respond to
• A stronger sense of what people already come to you for
• A better read on how attention moves and how people decide where to place it
• Practical ways to move, present, and pace yourself with more intention

More than anything, you’ll leave with clarity.

Not just on how you show up
but on how you’re perceived.

And once that’s clear, you stop guessing.

Things start to click.

How You’re Being Read Before You Even Move

Star opens the series by breaking down something most dancers never get taught:

You are being perceived before you ever make a move or touch a pole.

This week focuses on:

  • How your energy, pacing, and body language shape how people respond to you instantly

  • The difference between being watched vs. being chosen

  • Why doing more tricks doesn’t fix being overlooked

  • How to slow down intentionally without losing attention

  • Subtle shifts in eye contact, timing, and presence that change how you’re received in the room

You’ll learn how to:

  • Enter a space and control the tone without forcing it

  • Hold attention without overperforming

  • Start building a presence that feels intentional, not accidental

This is the foundation for the entire series.

Because if you’re being misread, everything after that works harder than it needs to.

Your Type = Your Leverage

Tessa Jane leads Week 2 by breaking down something most people struggle to define:

If someone can’t describe you, they can’t choose you.

By this point, you’ve started to understand how you’re being read.

Now we make it clear.

This week focuses on:

Why being “versatile” can actually make you easier to overlook

How people quickly categorize what they see and why that matters

What people already latch onto when they look at you

Turning your personality and physicality into something recognizable

The difference between being liked vs. being chosen

You’ll learn how to:

Define your “type” in a way people can understand quickly

Identify what people already come to you for

Refine what you’re signaling without forcing it

Start positioning yourself so you’re easier to choose

This is where clarity starts to form.

Because once people understand what they’re looking at,
they know why to pick you.

How Attention Moves Before Money Does

Yungpolemaster leads Week 3 by breaking down something most people don’t fully understand:

Attention is the first transaction.

Before money, before conversation, before anything, people decide where to place their attention.

As one of the most iconic and influential dancers of our time and a dear friend of the project, with years of experience in the field and a history of running his own club nights and events, his perspective comes directly from real environments where attention has value.

This week focuses on:

How attention actually moves in a room and why it matters

The difference between holding attention vs. losing it quickly

Why doing more doesn’t necessarily make you more compelling

How pacing, stillness, and timing shape how you’re perceived

Subtle shifts in presence that change how long people stay with you

You’ll learn how to:

Hold attention without forcing it

Use pauses and timing to create intention

Recognize when you’re losing the room and how to shift it

Move in a way that feels controlled, not reactive

This is where things start to click.

Because once you understand how attention works, you stop guessing

and start moving with intention.

What You’re Giving Away Without Noticing

Jade the Healer leads Week 4 by bringing everything together and grounding it into something you can actually use.

Clarity doesn’t matter if you can’t hold it.

By this point, you’ve seen how you’re being read, defined your type, and started to understand how attention moves.

Now we refine.

As a healer, guide, and deeply intuitive practitioner, Jade brings a perspective rooted in awareness, embodiment, and real transformation, helping you not just understand these concepts, but actually live them.

This week focuses on:

Where you may be overgiving, overexplaining, or doing too much

How subtle leaks in your energy lower your perceived value

The difference between being available vs. being intentional

How to move with clarity without forcing or proving

Bringing everything together in a way that feels natural and sustainable

You’ll learn how to:

Hold your presence without giving everything away

Move with intention in real-time situations

Refine how you enter, engage, and hold attention

Trust your pacing instead of rushing to be received

This is where it settles.

Because once you stop leaking value,
what’s already there starts to land.
