Suga Baby is a floorwork workshop devoted to pacing, presence, and the kind of sensual control that doesn’t rush to be seen, it lets the room come to you.

Taught by a sex worker, on purpose, this class draws from embodied knowledge shaped in spaces where timing, eye contact, and the art of moving slow and holding back weren’t aesthetics. They were power. They were choice. They were survival.

You’ll move slowly. You’ll let breath lead the body. We’ll explore how weight shifts melt into the floor, how transitions feel when you’re grounded instead of hurried, and how tease lives in the pause, in the almost.

This is floorwork that feels intentional.

No pole required. This class takes place entirely on the floor.

What you’ll practice

• Pacing + breath-led movement

• Weight transfer + grounded transitions

• Floor pathways (how to travel without rushing)

• Eye contact + intention (presence over speed)

• Tease mechanics: the “almost”

• A short combo you can keep and refine

All levels are welcome. Options and modifications will be offered throughout.

This class is about moving with intention, so just show up as yourself and allow yourself to feel inspired while learning from the source of this language of movement.

Wear red (optional but recommended)

Kneepads recommended. Heels optional.
