Mutual Aid for SW'ers: By $tripped

When the world turns its back, we turn toward each other.
Direct support.
Priority to Black SW’ers.

How It Works:

  1. Fill out the form, it only takes about 5 minutes.

  2. We review your request, most are processed within 24–72 hours, faster if urgent.

  3. Support sent, funds or sponsorship are sent directly, through the method you choose.

Who We Prioritize:

Because the System Doesn’t

We send resources where they’re usually denied:

  • Black SW’ers

  • Trans folks

  • Disabled people

  • Caregivers

  • Emergency situations

Safety & Privacy:

We treat your privacy the same way we’d want ours treated: protected.

  • Nothing gets shared without your consent.

  • No screenshots, no “case studies

  • If you ever want out, reply to your confirmation email and your info is gone.

FAQ:

  • Who can apply? → Any sex worker. Priority goes to Black, trans, caregivers, and urgent needs.

  • What kind of support can I ask for? → Transport, bills, groceries, survival needs or just access to a workshop.

  • What if I don’t see my situation listed? → Ask anyway. If we can’t cover it, we’ll try to connect you to another resource.

  • Will my info stay private? → Always. Nothing is ever shared without your consent.

  • Do I need to be local? → No. We send support wherever you are.

Transparency:

  • We post a monthly summary of funds in/out (no names)

  • Monthly Summary (coming soon).

We Already Know You’re Thinking

  • Is this real?” → Yes. We share receipts because transparency is survival.

  • Where does the money actually go?” → Directly to sex workers: sponsored spots, mutual aid, and fair instructor pay.

  • Why not just use GoFundMe or CashApp?” → Because this isn’t random aid. This is structured redistribution with accountability.

  • Why should I support this?” → Because sex workers built the culture you love. Supporting us means funding the people who created it.

  • What makes $tripped different?” → We don’t just post. We redistribute. We archive. We build access that lasts.

Where the Money Really Goes

$2,350 redistributed overall this month. Goal: $3,000. (78%)

This month’s funds covered rent for 2 SW’ers, groceries for 5, and kept 3 people’s phones on, tools we actually need to work and live.

This isn’t charity. It’s survival, and it’s redistribution. Every dollar that flows through this page goes right back into SW’ers’ hands, paying rent, covering groceries, clearing overdue bills, funding transport to work, and keeping the lights on.

Here’s what that means in practice:

  • Workshops → A portion of every civilian ticket sponsors a free spot for a SW’er.

  • Donations → Go straight into mutual aid requests, no overhead skim, no “admin fees.”

  • Sponsorships → Cover full workshop access, transportation, or direct cash relief.

This month’s redistribution came from a mix of ticket sales, monthly donors, and community sponsors who chose to put their money where their mouth is.

We don’t post names or stories for clout. You’ll never see people’s struggles turned into “impact content” here. The only receipts we share are the numbers. Transparency without exploitation.

This is how we build our own safety net when the system refuses to.
