We moved through restraint as a practice.


Not control for performance, but control as presence.

 

This section focuses on:

 

  • pacing and intentional movement
  • slowing the body down without losing attention
  • grounding into sensation and awareness
  • allowing space to build tension instead of rushing through it

 

This class was taught live and includes real-time guidance, cues, and moments you can return to as practice.
