About the event
Submission. Sovereignty. Control.
Most dancers are taught how to get attention.
Very few are taught how to decide who gets access to them.
You can be fully seen, fully desired and still be the one in control.
That’s what this class is about.
Throughout this month, we’ve worked with slowing down.
This workshop takes it further.
Not just how to move slower,
butwhat that actually does in a room.
How restraint creates tension.
How tension creates curiosity.
How curiosity turns into attention, money, and control.
RESTRAINT focuses on the relationship between submission and sovereignty and how to embody both without losing yourself.
Because submission, when it’s intentional, isn’t passive.
It’s a choice.
And people can feel the difference.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
• control access instead of chasing attention
• use restraint as a strategy, not just an aesthetic
• create anticipation without over-performing
• signal invitation, distance, and power through subtle shifts
• stay grounded in your body while being watched
We’ll work primarily from the floor, with optional beginner-friendly pole touch.
No tricks.
No pressure.
No performing for approval.
This is about learning how to hold a room without giving everything away.
You’ll leave with:
• a simple, repeatable sequence rooted in restraint and control
• a clearer understanding of how submission can be chosen and directed
• tools you can use immediately in the club, on camera, or in your own practice
When you stop trying to prove yourself,
people start paying closer attention.
Your Ticket Sponsors a Spot
Every civilian ticket helps fund access for a working sex worker inside The $tripped Project.
This class also contributes to the beginning of our $tripped Community Grant Fund, which will support sex workers pursuing creative work, education, and stability.
Recording included. Sponsorships available.
Beginner accessible. Knee pads recommended.
You don’t need to be advanced for this to resonate with you.
If you’ve ever felt yourself rush or overperform while being watched, this will give you something you can use immediately.
We’re keeping this class small so it stays intentional.
