About the event
A 4-week series on control, teasing, and presence.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about learning how to slow down, stretch a moment, and move with intention.
A lot of dancers rush.
A lot of dancers overdo.
And most don’t realize that what people respond to first is how something feels, not how advanced it is.
This series is where you train that.
WHAT WE’RE BUILDING
Over 4 weeks, we’ll focus on:
• Slowing your movement down without losing confidence
• Creating tension, tease, and control
• Improving musicality and flow
• Building presence so your movement feels intentional
• Learning how to connect your body to what you’re doing
This is the difference between just doing choreography…
and actually being experienced.
